Appointment Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online through our website, Google, Fresha, or Setmore.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
  • To ensure smooth service, please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, depending on availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be marked as a late cancellation.
  • Repeated late cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to show up without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows may lead to:
    • Temporary suspension of online booking, or
    • Advance payment required for future appointments.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability.

Payments & Deposits (Optional – Recommended)

  • Certain services may require an advance deposit.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • Deposits will be adjusted in the final bill when the service is completed.

Service Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us during or immediately after the appointment so we can assist you.
  • No refunds are provided once a service has been completed.

  • Management reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
  • By booking an appointment, you agree to our booking and cancellation terms.
