Appointment Booking
- Appointments can be booked online through our website, Google, Fresha, or Setmore.
- Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
- To ensure smooth service, please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, depending on availability.
Cancellation Policy
- We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be marked as a late cancellation.
- Repeated late cancellations may result in booking restrictions.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to show up without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows may lead to:
- Temporary suspension of online booking, or
- Advance payment required for future appointments.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability.
Payments & Deposits (Optional – Recommended)
- Certain services may require an advance deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Deposits will be adjusted in the final bill when the service is completed.
Service Satisfaction
- If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us during or immediately after the appointment so we can assist you.
- No refunds are provided once a service has been completed.

- Management reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
- By booking an appointment, you agree to our booking and cancellation terms.
