Booking & Cancellation Policy — Pro Look Gents Salon

We want every appointment to run smoothly — for you and for the team. This policy sets out what to expect when booking, rescheduling or cancelling an appointment at Pro Look Gents Salon in Business Bay, Dubai.

Cancellation Notice Requirements

✅ Standard Appointments

4 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Applies to all individual services booked in-salon (haircut, beard, shave, facial, nail care, etc.).

⏰ VIP Packages

12 hours notice required due to the extended duration and resources allocated. This applies to all VIP Essentials, VIP Full and Platinum bookings.

🏠 Home Grooming Visits

12 hours notice required. If cancelled after the barber has already departed, a travel fee of AED 50 may be charged to cover costs already incurred.

🚫 No-Show

Clients who do not attend without any prior notice may be required to pay a deposit for all future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

  • 🚶Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to barber availability. During peak hours (evenings and weekends) wait times may apply. Booking is recommended to guarantee your slot.
  • ⏱️Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shorter service or rescheduled appointment, at the salon’s discretion.
  • 👦Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or have prior written consent. Kids aged 12 and under are the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.

Pro Tip: For VIP packages, home grooming visits and peak-hour slots (6PM–10PM, weekends), we strongly recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance via Setmore or WhatsApp to avoid disappointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Full Cancellation Policy

  • Standard appointments: Cancel or reschedule with at least 4 hours notice and no charge will apply. Contact us via WhatsApp or by phone.
  • VIP packages: Cancel or reschedule with at least 12 hours notice. This allows us to reassign the extended time slot to another client.
  • Home grooming visits: Cancel with at least 12 hours notice. If the barber has already departed for your location, a travel fee of AED 50 may apply.
  • ⚠️Late cancellations (less than 4 hours for standard, less than 12 hours for VIP/home): These are recorded and repeated late cancellations may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.
  • 🚫No-show: Failure to attend without any prior notice will be considered a no-show. Following a no-show, all future bookings may require advance payment or a non-refundable deposit.
  • 🔄Rescheduling: You may reschedule any appointment free of charge with adequate notice (4 hours for standard, 12 hours for VIP/home). Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • 📞All cancellations must be communicated directly via WhatsApp or phone. Cancellations made via Setmore’s online system are also accepted.
Payments & Deposits

Payment Policy

  • 💳Payment is accepted in cash (AED), credit card and debit card. No foreign currency. No surcharges for card payments.
  • 🏠For home grooming visits, payment is due upon completion of the service at your location.
  • 💰Deposits may be required for VIP packages, group bookings or clients with a history of no-shows. Deposits are applied against the service cost.
  • 🚫Deposits are non-refundable when cancellation occurs inside the required notice window, or in the event of a no-show.
  • 📦Combo packages and memberships are prepaid at the time of purchase. These are non-refundable once the first service has been redeemed.
  • No refunds are issued once a service has been fully completed. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please raise your concern during the appointment or immediately upon completion so we can address it directly.
