01 Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Pro Look Gents Salon (“the Salon,” “we,” “us,” “our”), located at , and apply to all services whether delivered in-salon or via our home grooming service anywhere in Dubai, UAE. By booking an appointment, visiting the salon, using the website at prolookgentssalon.com or engaging our home grooming service, you (“the Client”) confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

02 Services

Pro Look Gents Salon provides professional men’s grooming services exclusively for male clients and boys. The salon does not provide services to female clients under any circumstances. Services available include (but are not limited to): precision haircuts and skin fades, beard grooming and shaping, hot towel straight-razor shave, kids’ haircuts (boys aged 12 and under), hair colour, hair and scalp treatments, Moroccan bath (Hammam), men’s facial treatments, manicure, pedicure, VIP grooming packages, combination packages and a home grooming service across Dubai. The Salon reserves the right to:
  • Refuse or discontinue service to any client at its sole discretion
  • Modify, add or remove services from the menu at any time without prior notice
  • Substitute or recommend an alternative service if the originally requested service is not suitable for the client’s hair, skin or health condition
Service outcomes may vary based on the client’s hair type, skin condition, pre-existing colour or treatments and other individual factors. Desired results cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

03 Appointments & Booking

  • Walk-in: subject to barber and chair availability at the time of visit
An appointment is confirmed only when you receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation from Pro Look Gents Salon. Online bookings are subject to availability and the Salon reserves the right to contact the client to reschedule if the requested time slot becomes unavailable. Walk-in clients are served on a first-come, first-served basis and may be required to wait. The Salon cannot guarantee immediate availability for walk-in clients during peak hours (evenings and weekends). Punctuality: Clients are requested to arrive on time for their appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the Salon’s discretion to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments. Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or have written permission from a parent or guardian authorising the service. Kids’ haircut services for boys 12 and under are the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

04 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Standard Appointments
Minimum 4 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule without charge
VIP Packages
Minimum 12 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule without charge
Home Grooming Visits
Minimum 12 hours notice required. Late cancellations may incur a travel fee of AED 50
No-Show
Clients who do not arrive and do not cancel may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings
Cancellations must be made by contacting the Salon directly via WhatsApp (+971 55 716 7869) or phone. Online-booked appointments can also be cancelled through the Setmore system. The Salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff illness, force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, clients will be notified as promptly as possible and offered the first available alternative slot. 05 Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking or at the beginning of the service session is the applicable price. Payment methods accepted: cash (AED), credit cards and debit cards. For home service visits, payment is due upon completion of the service. The Salon does not accept foreign currency. No surcharges or hidden fees are applied. Packages and promotions: Promotional pricing, package deals and loyalty membership discounts are subject to availability, specific terms and expiry dates as communicated at the time of purchase. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Deposits: The Salon may require a deposit for VIP packages, group bookings or repeated no-show clients. Deposits are applied against the service cost. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled inside the required notice window.

06 Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward all Salon staff and other clients. Pro Look Gents Salon operates a zero-tolerance policy on:
  • Verbal or physical abuse, harassment or threatening behaviour toward any member of staff
  • Discriminatory or offensive language or conduct
  • Conduct that disrupts the comfort or privacy of other clients
  • Arrival under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
The Salon reserves the right to terminate a service immediately and ask a client to leave the premises if any of the above behaviours are observed. No refund will be issued in such circumstances. Clients are requested to silence mobile phones during service sessions as a courtesy to others. Salon equipment and products are not to be used by clients outside of the service being delivered.

07 Home Grooming Service

Pro Look Gents Salon’s home grooming service is available across Dubai and is subject to the following additional terms:
  • Access and Space: The client must provide a safe, accessible location with adequate lighting and a suitable chair for the barber to perform the service. The client is responsible for clearing sufficient space for the barber to set up.
  • Safety: The client confirms that the location provided is safe and accessible. The Salon reserves the right for the barber to leave if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
  • Third-Party Premises (Hotels): Clients booking home visits to hotel rooms are responsible for ensuring that the hotel permits in-room grooming services. The Salon accepts no liability for any issue arising from a hotel’s internal policies.
  • Travel Fee: A Dubai travel fee is included in all home service pricing. For locations outside central Dubai, additional charges may apply and will be confirmed before booking is finalised.
  • Cancellation: Home service visits are subject to the 12-hour cancellation policy. A travel fee of AED 50 may be charged for late cancellations that occur after the barber has already departed.
  • Service Quality: The Salon uses the same professional tools and products for home visits as in-salon. Results are expected to be equivalent; however, certain services that require specific salon equipment (such as wash basins) may be adapted based on the available facilities at the client’s location.

08 Health, Safety & Hygiene

Pro Look Gents Salon maintains the highest standards of hygiene and client safety. All tools and equipment are sanitised between every client. Single-use items are disposed of after each use. The salon is cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout operating hours. Client health disclosures: Clients are required to inform the Salon before or at the beginning of the service of any:
  • Skin conditions, scalp conditions or known allergies
  • Recent chemical treatments to the hair (colouring, relaxing, perming)
  • Open wounds, cuts, abrasions or infections on the scalp, face or neck
  • Medical conditions that may be relevant to the service (e.g., blood-thinning medication prior to a shave)
The Salon reserves the right to decline or modify a service if proceeding could pose a risk to the client’s health or safety. This decision is made in the client’s best interest. Patch tests: Clients receiving hair colour for the first time at Pro Look, or who have a history of colour sensitivity, may be required to undergo a patch test 24–48 hours prior to the colour service. Failure to disclose known allergies removes liability from the Salon for adverse reactions. The Salon complies with all applicable health, safety and hygiene regulations as required by Dubai Municipality and the UAE Ministry of Health.

09 Limitation of Liability

Pro Look Gents Salon takes all reasonable care to deliver services safely and professionally. However, to the extent permitted by applicable UAE law:
  • The Salon’s total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service
  • The Salon is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use its services
  • The Salon is not liable for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed health conditions or allergies not communicated before the service
  • The Salon is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property left unattended in the salon or at a home visit location
  • The Salon is not liable for dissatisfaction with a result where the service was delivered as requested and in accordance with professional standards
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under UAE law. Clients with concerns about service outcomes are encouraged to raise them with a member of management at the time of the visit or within 24 hours of the service. The Salon will always seek to resolve genuine concerns fairly and professionally.

10 Privacy & Data

Pro Look Gents Salon collects and uses client information (name, phone number, email, booking history) solely for the purpose of managing appointments and communicating with clients about their bookings, offers and services. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Booking data is held securely via the Setmore booking platform, which is subject to its own privacy policy. WhatsApp communications are subject to Meta’s (WhatsApp’s) privacy policy. By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving booking confirmations, reminders and relevant promotional messages from Pro Look Gents Salon via WhatsApp or SMS. You may opt out at any time by informing the Salon. Photo and video content taken in the salon for social media or promotional purposes will always request client permission before publication. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Pro Look Gents Salon website (prolookgentssalon.com), including text, images, videos, logos, icons, service descriptions and design, is the property of Pro Look Gents Salon and/or its licensors and is protected under UAE intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, republish or use any content from the Pro Look website or social media accounts for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Salon. Sharing content for non-commercial, personal purposes with appropriate attribution is permitted. The Pro Look Gents Salon logo, brand name and associated marks are trademarks of the business. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

12 Changes to These Terms

Pro Look Gents Salon reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. It is the client’s responsibility to review the current Terms before using the Salon’s services. Continued use of Pro Look services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai as applicable. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
