FAQs
Emirates Hills Villa Grooming — Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a gents salon in Emirates Hills?
There’s no walk-in salon inside Emirates Hills itself — the community is villas, not retail units. Pro Look Gents Salon instead brings the barber directly to your home, which is how the vast majority of our Emirates Hills clients book.
Do you offer private grooming inside Emirates Hills villas?
Yes. This is our core service for the area — a barber travels to your villa with full professional equipment and sets up in a quiet room or outdoor space of your choosing.
How much does a villa haircut cost in Emirates Hills?
A villa haircut starts from AED 150, beard grooming from AED 130, a men’s facial from AED 200, and the full VIP Villa Grooming Package (haircut, beard, facial and nail care) from AED 500.
Is the service discreet and private?
Yes. Villa visits are one-to-one — no waiting room, no other clients — which is exactly why many Emirates Hills clients prefer this over a salon visit.
Do you require gate or security access details in advance?
Yes, please share your villa number, any gate codes and security or DEWA contact instructions when booking, so your barber can get through community access without delay.
Can you groom the whole family in one villa visit?
Yes — many Emirates Hills bookings cover the husband and children together, and services are simply carried out one after another during the same visit.
Do you offer grooming for weddings or events in Emirates Hills?
Yes, the VIP Villa Grooming Package is popular ahead of weddings, Eid, and family events — combining a haircut, beard shaping, hot towel shave and facial in one appointment.
What do I need to prepare for a villa visit?
Just a chair, good lighting and a power socket — indoors or outdoors, whichever you prefer. Your barber brings a floor mat, all tools and products.
Can grooming be done outdoors, like on a terrace or by the pool?
Yes, many Emirates Hills clients prefer an outdoor terrace or garden setup. In peak summer heat, an air-conditioned indoor space is usually more comfortable for both you and the barber.
How far in advance should I book for Emirates Hills?
Same-day bookings are sometimes possible, but booking a day ahead is recommended for Emirates Hills to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially for the longer VIP package.
Is this different from your Business Bay salon service?
Same barbers, same professional-grade tools and products — only the setting changes. Villa pricing reflects the barber’s travel and one-to-one setup at your home rather than the salon.
What payment methods are accepted for villa visits?
Cash and card are both accepted at the end of the appointment.
